Corrupt Politicians & The Anti-American Media Disrespect the U.S. Military March

The Disrespect of the First U.S. Military March: A Taxpayer’s Outrage
On a day meant to honor the strength and sacrifice of our nation’s military, the inaugural U.S. military march, a historic event celebrating the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army, should have been a moment of unity and pride for Americans. Instead, it was met with a disgraceful display of neglect from the mainstream media and a troubling silence from the corrupt politicians, particularly Democrats, who seem more preoccupied with their crazy Trump obsessed agendas than respecting our service members.
As a taxpayer, I’m fed up with the corrupt, biased democratic media and their blatant manipulation of what we’re allowed to see, the direction they choose to spin it, and failing to do the main purpose they exist is to deliver the people factual news to the people. That’s a different article. But choosing to sideline this patriotic milestone for infomercials and trivial programming. This isn’t just a failure of coverage it’s a betrayal of our soldiers and our country, a spit in each one of our faces.

A Historic Event Ignored
The first-ever U.S. military march said to have cost us over $40 million, held in 2025, was a rare and powerful tribute to the men and women who have defended our nation for two and a half centuries. It was a chance to showcase the discipline, courage, and unity of our armed forces, a spectacle that could have inspired millions.
Yet, local affiliates of ABC chose to air infomercials, while others filled their slots with irrelevant shows, offering zero coverage of this one-time celebration. Not a single major network gave the march the attention it deserved. This wasn’t an accident; it was a deliberate choice by media outlets that claim to serve the public but instead push their own narratives.

The media’s refusal to broadcast or advertise the march is a slap in the face to every soldier who marched and every American who values their service. Taxpayers fund public infrastructure, support our military, and deserve to see these moments of national pride. Instead, we’re spoon-fed content that distracts from what matters. The media’s decision to prioritize paid programming over this historic event exposes their true priorities: profit and control over patriotism.
Democrats’ Silence Speaks Volumes

The lack of coverage wasn’t the only insult. Democratic politicians, who often claim to champion “freedom,” were conspicuously silent about the march. Where were their statements of support for our troops? Where was their outrage at the media’s neglect?
Their absence in this moment speaks to a broader pattern: a party that seems increasingly disconnected from the values of duty, honor, and national pride. Instead of celebrating our military, some Democrats appear more focused on divisive issues, like downplaying the concerns surrounding illegal immigration—an issue that has become one of the most bipartisan points of agreement since 9/11.
The tragic death of Laken Riley, a Georgia nursing student killed by an illegal immigrant in 2024, brought the immigration crisis into sharp focus. Her story, and others like it, fueled public frustration with policies that allowed unchecked migration, including reports of buses and planes moving undocumented individuals across the country under the Biden administration.
These incidents, widely discussed on platforms like X, have galvanized Americans across party lines, with many demanding stronger border security. Yet, Democrats and their media allies seem more interested in deflecting these concerns than addressing them, further alienating taxpayers who want accountability and safety.
Media Manipulation: The Real Threat to Democracy

The media’s blackout of the military march is just one symptom of a larger disease: their unchecked power to shape public perception. As the largest “corporation” in the world, wielding influence through every screen and speaker, they’ve become the de facto mouthpiece of the government, deciding what’s worthy of our attention.
By ignoring the march, they’ve shown they’re not here for the people; they’re here to manipulate narratives and protect their own interests. This isn’t journalism, it’s propaganda.
The public’s frustration is palpable. On X, users have voiced outrage over the media’s selective coverage, with some calling it a deliberate attempt to suppress patriotic displays while amplifying divisive issues. Posts highlight how the media hypes protests, sometimes fueled by paid agitators over illegal immigration, while ignoring events that could unite us, like the military march. This selective focus isn’t just bias; it’s a calculated effort to control the national conversation and undermine democracy itself.
A Call for Accountability

As a taxpayer, I’m beyond pissed. The media’s refusal to cover the military march isn’t just disrespectful it’s a betrayal of the public trust. We deserve better than a press that picks and chooses what we’re allowed to see, sidelining our soldiers for infomercials and political agendas. We deserve politicians who stand up for our troops and our country, not ones who stay silent or pivot to divisive talking points. The Laken Riley tragedy and the broader immigration crisis have shown that Americans are united in their demand for security and fairness, yet the media and certain politicians continue to ignore us.
This march may have been a one-time event, but its snub by the Democrats and their media reveals a deeper truth: they’re not about freedom. They’re about control. It’s time for taxpayers to demand accountability from these institutions. Cancel your subscriptions to outlets that disrespect our military. Call out the politicians who prioritize playing corrupt politics over patriotism. And let’s keep pushing for a media that serves the people, not the corporations that we have made financially powerful. The corrupt need to acknowledge the real power, the real economy is the American people.
Our soldiers and our country, deserve nothing less.
